Ah so Ember has kept some tabs on Bernin after all, and an explanation of how she avoided patrols in the past few years. Ember must have an exceptional detection range to only come up as a small anomaly. Though how about traveling into towns? There has to be at least a garrison reader in them and they would’ve detected Ember when she entered or came close enough in their range.
I wasn’t expecting Denrim to come back for a round 2 in the same day. Shouldn’t he be on duty – as I assume Ember and Elane are in the southern district where Denrim has no jurisdiction in so he really shouldn’t be here while he’s on the clock. I wonder is Ken and Mence are around or are they covering for Denrim? Well at least he was able to save his hair from Elane’s curse… heh.
Now I kind of wonder is there another healer in Tenguard that is fully aware of Elane’s and Denrim’s relationship? As Elane seems to win a majority of the time, and Denrim seems incapable of removing curses placed on him is there is there a healer Denrim “regularly” goes to? There would be some interesting conversation to be had. Heck unless Denrim himself has picked up on curse removal there might be another healer here in Tenguard that might be benefiting from their quarrel. Watch out Elane you might have some competition.
