At times i wonder, does he lie to her to keep the fact that might like her, poor Bernin i think the guy has mixed emotions about everything and not sure how to deal with the sassy yen that has crush on him though they do make a cute couple as friend of mine would say “i ship it”
It still concerns me she wears an outfit not to different from Risaac. She may not be a demon, but is she one of the non-demon followers of the voice? I wonder does Vivian know that Cole is with Veera? She does seem to know more then she lets on. Also assuming everyone see her as unaffiliated once they start moving will they even let her travel with them? She is in their eyes a civilian and they cannot put her in danger. If Vivian does working for a demon perhaps another demon that is a rival to Kence? There aren’t many greater demons, but i’m sure Kence has his own rivals that isn’t Flint or Lupa.

Bernin’s grumpiness at Sil’s earnest cheerfulness is really funny to me for some reason. It must take a lot of effort to stay that grumpy.
