Well that’s some pride lost for Sil. Ramiel looks different from normal Tennin at least the parts we see. I wonder how aware Ramiel is with what and how many hidden weapons Vivian might have. Hopefully Remiel isn’t too full of himself as his last line sounds slightly arrogant – even if he is a very capable warrior that is on par or even stronger than a greater demon it is still quite a boast.
The loss of the neutral ground means she has lost a number of advantages. Hopefully even though she wasn’t going to hurt Sil the bluff of taking her hostage might be used against her now. Vivian better be careful as she is surrounded by a bunch of Tennin guards, and throwing herself all over Bernin probably will not work here as Remiel at least for now is a step ahead of her.
Would ramiel technically have committed a violation of international law were this to happen in our world? Considering that he/she (I don’t know) just violated the terms under which the other party (in this case being Vivian) agreed to negotiate, and did so knowingly and willingly?
Wow, from what the last two panels show, Ramiel probably isn’t a canid.

I don’t know how Vivian is going to talk her way out of this one. But knowing her “charm” I’m sure she will find a way.
