Well that must be terrifying to Ember. I not sure if she is physically strong enough to fend it off herself, and probably in a panic will have a hard time coming up with a spell on the spot. Only “combat” experience she has was against Denrim, but he wasn’t trying to tear he limb from limb. Even then it did not turn out well for her until Elane stepped in. It might be up to Kaylia to do something.
Just a reminder to anyone who has forgotten, Ember has a severe water phobia. So instead of a little dampness on her fingertips, her hand was actually covered in spiders, spiders that glowed cherenkov blue, and sere engages in a praticularly physical rendition of “The Scottish Play”…
Water way to find out you’ve been lied to your entire life.
Is the fiend just screaming goblygook or is there a demon language?
Congratulations on 400 pages, w0lfmare!
Now Ember, this is not the time to pet the demon. 😛

Please note Embers hand is now glowing with a sigil. I think she just got a power boost…
Woo! 400 pages!
Also: I hope this leads to finding out Ember ironically has water bending powers.
