Well now. This would be the perfect time for her to discover that she can transform into a powerful warrior of legend. All she needs is a talking cat- oh, right….
So Elane has gotten the word out. It’s not that hard to spot a blue Sarladar since Ember is the only one. Hopefully they won’t at least keep Ember away from the library. She needs her books!
I was thinking that it may have been better to make the guards aware of Ember, but they should just keep an eye on her and see what she is up to; unless she tries to leave then you apprehend/stop her. However, if Elane really does see Ember as a threat then confronting and apprehending her right away seems like the current plan. I wonder in the last panel what Ember just come across? Perhaps more guards waiting for her?
Though if Ember is dangerous they really should have acted more like Ahrem to avoid causing Ember to panic and do something everyone may regret. Then again not everyone can be calm and collective as Ahrem, so I won’t be surprised if some guards here may be itching for some action like Gale.
Yeah there is definitely shifty about that guard…Also look like Ember just came face to face with someone…possibly another shifty guard, or the same one, looking at what we can see of the silhouette.
Green eyes, predatory smirking, non-denominal armor, is this guy a mercenary, or a Salavere agent?
