More Elane and Denrim backstory!

i think “hint” is the name of the plant she’s taking as food.
that leafy stuff is much easier to eat if you place it over meat and put your fork through both.

Seeing a wolf eating greens is intriguing, but they are anthros, after all ^^
It seems their quarrel seems to have bled into the populace as I assume the Quelladar are quite familiar with Denrim. So Elane kind uses Denrim which is why she hasn’t reported him, but what about the civilians he causes problems with? If he is as notorious as he seems someone should have reported him for his actions. The question is does Elane stick up for Denrim if his superiors get complaints from the civilians?
I kind of feel bad for Denrim as he made a real effort to change, but I don’t blame Elane for not wanting anything to do with him. After all he put her through Elane rejecting him is not surprising. Elane might have some feeling for him as she did let her guard down for a moment when Denrim was throwing flirts to her. Though I do wonder if Denrim’s obsession with Elane might change from just trying to impress her to him just wanting to harm her, and using those old feelings as just another method in trying to best her.
Even if Elane is learning to be a better healer from countering Denrim’s curses eventually she will have to put a stop to this sooner or later because eventually he might get to a point that Denrim might actually do something extremely dangerous to someone. In this case Ember might be in his cross-hair now as picking on her will get Elane’s attention. Ember might need an escort if she is to travel around in Tenguard now, and Elane can’t always watch over her as she has people with curses she needs to tend to.
