I don’t think Echo is going to give up so soon. Perhaps he should accompany Ember if he is so concern for her safety. If not hopefully Echo doesn’t do anything drastic. In a way you can say despite Ember and Echo knowing each other for so long they both seem to not each other as well as they thought. They both seem to know each other well on the surface, but deep down they are total strangers to each other.
Also with the revelation that Echo participates in raiding Tennin villages do Loki, Keine, and Ariah participate as well? Or does Echo do “extra” work so they don’t have to? I guess being the big brother all the time he just assume he knows better, but Ember is a lot more independent then he thinks. Especially after living in Tennin lands for 3+ years alone. I do wonder is Elane the best/only connection she had made in the past 3 years?
