Bloodline 244
Super happy with the layout of this page. I let myself get carried away with planning it out and drawing it ^^
Denrim has a lot of practice in being sneaky.
I’m doing a Halloween raffle stream on the 27th, at 1:00 pm est! [Link]
It’ll work a lot like my other raffle streams, but Halloween themed.
Also in case you missed it last week, Bloodline books are back in stock! [Link]
Let’s see, what else? Ah yes, fanart!
Sheesh! He can mix in the ‘sweet-talk’ alright!
So does Elane actually have some feeling for Denrim or his flattery tactic was just to throw her off guard? A bit cowardly, but clever. They have mention they fought before, but has there been some kind of love hate relationship between them in their previous conflicts? It would be kind of strange if they had duels in the past, and suddenly Elane would have some feelings for Denrim considering from what Denrim mentioned that he has cursed Elane before just to see if she can dispel them for his own amusement. Unless their relationship between each other wasn’t just a bitter rivalry.
Of course once again I do have to ask if Elane and Denrim had duels in the past it’s strange that the hire ups hasn’t transferred Denrim yet. Not only is Denrim is having conflict with another reader to the point that they are literally slinging spells at each other, but has the general civilian population a bit unease as well. I guess being a reader really lets you get away with a lot more then a nonreader. Which maybe why Ken and Mence are at worse accessories to Denrim’s actions, as I don’t think either of the two are willing to go as far as Denrim.
He probably has somw kind of blackmail so she cant report him…..
I’m hoping someone sticks a dagger in his throat to be honest.. he deserves nothing less.
Reader or not, he’s no more then a highly trained thug.
Speaking of thugs how common are bandits, and highwaymen in this world? Tenguard is i assume somewhat near Brairwood where there are many demons around; so if there are the usual bandits etc. they would be perhaps primarily operating deep in Tennin territory where demons are less prevalent? Would bandit groups even have readers?
On a completely off topic side note: will we get a update for on the character page for the third chapter? Or perhaps wait a bit more assuming maybe we might see what Cole been up to later down the road?
Bandits are about as common as to be expected. The next character page update will probably come after this arc. Chapter 3 probably won’t have it’s own page, since it’s not as big and spoilery as the gap between chapter 1 and 2.
I’m rooting for Elane, but I really enjoy watching Denrim’s exploits. He certainly lives boldly.
