Bloodline 266
We were so close to leaving Tenguard, but Ken couldn’t just let Ember go after being embarrassed by her. And now Elane is in trouble too because of Denrim’s lackey…
This must be why Bloodline is classified as a drama on wikifur XD

Oooo, so Denrim was going to let her go? High Drama!
Just when you think you know a guy, he turns around and pulls this out of his hat.
There are about two ‘guys’ in this page that statement could be used for, and I don’t care which you ment, they both deserve it.
Love this comic soooo much keep up the good work! Thank you!
Thanks!
No prob!
Now all we need is Mence to complete the group. I wonder what he is up to – probably on duty covering for both Ken and Denrim’s absence. Maybe on the way to the general perhaps Denrim might reveal how he recovered so fast as Elane believed he still should be ill. Either Denrim himself gotten good with healing magic himself
What was Denrim planning by letting them leave Tenguard anyways? He really does look very pissed at Ken so he must have had some something big planned, and Ken ruined it. I would say this could be a blessing in disguise, but Elane doesn’t seem very thrilled about going to meet the general.
I am thinking the general probably has been mediating with Elane and Denrim for sometime. You can’t have a member of the guard harassing the citizens, and you can’t have someone cursing/causing harm to a member of the guard. Just seems to be one thing after another with the two. I don’t think Elane is scared when she is think the line “we are so dead.” In addition with Denrim’s glare he is giving Ken gives me a vibe that the general is just sick and tired of the both their shenanigans, and here he is again dealing with it.
Typo: Panel 3, end of first speech bubble: “leaves” should be “lives” unless Denrim is suddenly trying to help Ember escape.
Nope, that’s correct! He backed off Ember when Elane gave him what he wanted and dueled him. Ember was never his main goal.
Thanks for the clarification! I’m glad to see Denrim’s “just” a harassing creep, and not murderous too.
The last panel reminds me of this: https://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/6i5h6r/airline_pilots_of_reddit_whats_the_closest_call/
